Incautación
Una incautación va más allá de una congelación: el valor se retira al tenedor, por ejemplo por orden de una autoridad o según los términos del emisor. Los términos de Tether dicen que puede incautar y entregar los bienes de un usuario a autoridades gubernamentales o policiales. En el contrato de USDT en Ethereum, destroyBlackFunds pone a cero el saldo de una dirección incluida en la lista negra y reduce el suministro total. La 'lawful order' (orden legal) de la GENIUS Act puede exigir a un emisor incautar, congelar, quemar o impedir transferencias de sus stablecoins de pago.
