Coverage and freshness

Also known as: data coverage, data freshness, indexing lag

In the Stablecoin Scanner's methodology (working definition), coverage is which chains and tokens the scanner indexes, and freshness is how recent each surface's data is. Its observed history is everything it has indexed, starting at a date rather than at each chain's genesis. Row feeds print their own freshness line, such as minutes ago and blocks behind head. When that status cannot be fetched the line prints nothing, under the rule 'unknown ≠ current: say nothing rather than imply fresh'.
