Left-censored date

Also known as: left-censored, observed history starts, left censoring

In the Stablecoin Scanner's methodology, the left-censored date is the date from which the scanner's observed history starts: everything earlier is invisible to it, so the absence of a signal before that date means nothing. 'Left-censored' is the statistician's word for a record cut off on the left. The scanner says it is not the same as the 'since' date on an address's volume line, which can be earlier.
