Dated stablecoin figures measured on-chain by the Stablecoin Scanner (ACHIVX), for the 30 days to 31 October 2026. The monthly report has JSON and CSV files; all data is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0.
Datasets
- Stablecoin transparency report, October 2026: Monthly on-chain stablecoin report for the 30 days to 31 October 2026: organic settlement by network, mint and burn per coin, issuer freezes and exchange netflow, with JSON and CSV.
- Organic stablecoin settlement by network: Organic stablecoin settlement volume and transfer count per network for 7 and 30 days to 31 October 2026, all stablecoins together, from the Stablecoin Scanner (ACHIVX).
- Stablecoin mint and burn: net issuance, 30 days: Minted, burned and net issuance per stablecoin on the scanner's networks in the 30 days to 31 October 2026, from the Stablecoin Scanner (ACHIVX).
- Stablecoin freezes and seizures by issuer: Issuer freeze, unfreeze and seize acts for the 11 stablecoins the scanner covers, from its 30-day ledger, with seized US dollar totals and the latest acts.
- Exchange stablecoin holdings and netflow: Stablecoins held in the on-chain wallets of 8 exchanges on 31 October 2026, with 7-day and 30-day inflow, outflow and netflow, from the Stablecoin Scanner (ACHIVX).
- Bridge stablecoin holdings and flows: Stablecoins locked in the contracts of 4 bridges (Across, deBridge, Mayan, Stargate) on 31 October 2026, with 7-day and 30-day flows, from the Stablecoin Scanner (ACHIVX).

How these figures are made
- Organic, not raw. Settlement figures are the scanner's organic figures, with round trips and bot churn removed. Raw settlement volume is not printed, and no field the scanner marks as overflowed is used.
- Coverage: 7 networks (Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Solana, Tron). Networks, coins and wallets the scanner does not cover have no figures here.
- Read at build time. Figures are read from the Stablecoin Scanner (ACHIVX) when this site is built, not live in your browser. Each row gives its window, the scanner's build date and the scanner page it comes from.
- Not a reserve or solvency claim. Exchange and bridge balances are on-chain reads of the wallets the scanner can attribute: a floor of their on-chain stablecoins, not their reserves or liabilities.
