Lista SDN da OFAC
A lista de Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) é publicada pelo Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) do Tesouro dos EUA. Ela nomeia pessoas físicas e empresas que atuam em nome de países-alvo, além de grupos como terroristas e narcotraficantes designados no âmbito de outros programas. Seus bens são bloqueados, e as pessoas dos EUA são, em geral, proibidas de negociar com eles. A OFAC pode acrescentar endereços de moeda digital aos registros e diz que essas listagens provavelmente não são exaustivas. Os termos da Tether e os da Circle mencionam a lista.
