OFAC SDN list
The Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list is published by the US Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). It names individuals and companies acting for targeted countries, and groups such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under other programmes. Their assets are blocked and US persons are generally prohibited from dealing with them. OFAC may add digital currency addresses to entries and says these listings are not likely to be exhaustive. Tether's and Circle's terms both name the list.
