# Exposição a sanções

A exposição a sanções (definição de trabalho) descreve o grau de ligação de uma pessoa, endereço ou fluxo de recursos com pessoas sancionadas ou bens bloqueados. A OFAC diz que as pessoas dos EUA devem bloquear os bens de pessoas na SDN List e de entidades detidas em 50% ou mais por pessoas bloqueadas, seja a transação em moeda digital ou fiduciária. Suas listagens de endereços provavelmente não são exaustivas, e ela pede que os detentores de carteiras associadas a um SDN as bloqueiem e comuniquem. Os termos da Tether usam o mesmo critério de 50%.
