# Atestação de reservas

O parecer de um contador independente sobre os números das reservas de um emissor em datas específicas; os padrões e a frequência variam conforme o emissor e a lei.

Uma atestação de reservas é um relatório de um contador independente que dá um parecer sobre a declaração de um emissor a respeito de suas reservas em datas informadas. O relatório da USDC da Circle é um exame segundo os padrões de atestação do AICPA; o da Tether é um relatório de asseguração razoável segundo a ISAE 3000R, emitido pela BDO. O GENIUS Act exige que uma firma de auditoria registrada examine todo mês o relatório mensal de reservas do emissor. O MiCA, por sua vez, exige que os emissores de asset-referenced tokens (tokens referenciados a ativos) contratem uma auditoria independente da reserva a cada seis meses.

## Onde as fontes divergem

As fontes estabelecem regras diferentes. O GENIUS Act exige um exame mensal por uma firma de auditoria registrada. O MiCA exige uma auditoria independente a cada seis meses para os asset-referenced tokens. Os relatórios dos emissores usam padrões diferentes (exame do AICPA, ISAE 3000R).
