# Resgate

A devolução de stablecoins ao emissor em troca da moeda de referência; quem pode resgatar, com que rapidez e a que taxa depende da lei e dos termos.

O resgate ocorre quando um detentor devolve stablecoins ao emissor e recebe a moeda de referência. As regras divergem. O MiCA exige que os emissores de e-money tokens resgatem a qualquer momento, ao valor nominal e sem taxa. O GENIUS Act exige procedimentos claros para o resgate tempestivo. Hong Kong espera que os pedidos sejam processados em até um dia útil; a FCA do Reino Unido exige o resgate em T+1. Os termos da Tether permitem o resgate apenas para clientes verificados, sujeito a valores mínimos e a taxas.
