# Token referenciado a ativos (ART, MiCA)

A categoria do MiCA para um criptoativo, que não seja um e-money token, que referencia outro valor, direito ou combinação, incluindo moedas oficiais.

Um asset-referenced token (ART, token referenciado a ativos) é a categoria do MiCA para um criptoativo, que não seja um e-money token, que procura manter um valor estável referenciando outro valor, direito ou combinação, incluindo moedas oficiais. Para oferecê-lo ao público na UE, seu emissor deve ser autorizado nos termos do MiCA ou ser uma instituição de crédito que cumpra os requisitos; outras pessoas podem oferecê-lo com o consentimento por escrito do emissor. Os detentores têm direito de resgate a todo momento perante o emissor, e os emissores não podem conceder juros. A ESMA diz que os CASPs não devem atender ARTs ou EMTs não conformes.
