A wrong network transfer (working definition) is sending a stablecoin over a network, or in a token version, that the receiving address or account does not support. Circle's terms say virtual-currency transactions are irrevocable and that accidental transactions may result in a loss of money. Circle warns that sending bridged USDC on Arbitrum to a Circle Mint account may not be recoverable and could result in a loss of funds.
