# Travel Rule (regla de viaje)

La regla del FATF por la que los proveedores de servicios envían los datos del remitente y del destinatario junto con las transferencias de cripto y stablecoins.

La Travel Rule (regla de viaje) es el requisito del FATF de que los VASP y las instituciones financieras obtengan, conserven y transmitan la información del ordenante y del beneficiario con los pagos o transferencias de valor, incluidos los activos virtuales; aplica a los activos virtuales la Recomendación 16 del FATF sobre transparencia de los pagos. La UE la aplica mediante el Reglamento (UE) 2023/1113: el proveedor de servicios de criptoactivos del ordenante debe garantizar que las transferencias lleven los nombres y las direcciones de registro distribuido del ordenante y del beneficiario. En la encuesta de 2026 del FATF, el 83 % de los encuestados había aprobado legislación sobre la Travel Rule.
