# Reembolso

Devolver stablecoins al emisor a cambio de la moneda de referencia; quién puede reembolsar, con qué rapidez y con qué comisión depende de la ley y de los términos.

El reembolso se produce cuando un tenedor devuelve stablecoins al emisor y recibe la moneda de referencia. Las reglas difieren. MiCA exige a los emisores de tokens de dinero electrónico reembolsar en cualquier momento, a la par y sin comisión. La GENIUS Act exige procedimientos claros para un reembolso oportuno. Hong Kong espera que las solicitudes se tramiten en un día hábil; la FCA del Reino Unido exige el reembolso en T+1. Los términos de Tether permiten el reembolso solo a clientes verificados, con importes mínimos y comisiones.
