# Lista SDN de la OFAC

La lista de la OFAC del Tesoro de EE. UU. de personas sancionadas cuyos activos están bloqueados; puede incluir direcciones cripto.

La lista de Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) la publica la Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) del Tesoro de EE. UU. Nombra a personas y empresas que actúan por cuenta de países objetivo, y a grupos como terroristas y narcotraficantes designados en virtud de otros programas. Sus activos están bloqueados y, en general, se prohíbe a las personas estadounidenses tratar con ellos. La OFAC puede añadir direcciones de moneda digital a las entradas y afirma que estas inclusiones probablemente no son exhaustivas. Los términos de Tether y de Circle mencionan ambos la lista.
